HOW IT WORKS

STEP 1

MEET UP + CONSULTATION

Before we begin, we need to we are a fit. The work I do is interpersonal and intimate. With the places I ask you to go internally, it’s essential that you feel safe we me and I with you. This is where we ground in, meet up & have a genuine heart to heart. This way I can see where you’re are, what your goals are, how best you can be supported.

STEP 2

PLAN + DEVELOP STRATEGY

Here is where the rubber meets the road. (pending clearing step 1) We go over your energy, your money, your time, how it’s spent, what you read, what you watch & what you consume both visually and nutritionally. How you treat your body, your fitness, your friends, family & relationships; we review your days, your passions, your blocks, your goals and your deepest WHY.

Then together we create a structured game plan for the duration of the container.

STEP 3

EXECUTE + WEEKLY SESSIONS

Every week we have a 75 min vip 1:1 zoom session where we go over what’s coming up for you & we review the goals for the week.

Throughout the week there is a direct line of additional personalized text support offered as needed through Telegram.
